Job summary

PT STARTS International Indonesia is seeking a client relations specialist to support tenants and property clients in Jakarta. You will handle inquiries, coordinate after-lease services, and work with agents and technicians to ensure client satisfaction.

Fluency in English is required; Japanese skills (JLPT N3) are a plus. A bachelor’s degree and at least two years in customer service or tenant relations are essential, with the ability to travel daily within Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years in customer support, tenant relations, or hospitality.
• Experience in property/real estate is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in English required; JLPT N3 Japanese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle client complaints, inquiries, and requests related to apartments.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist clients with transition processes after leasing, including moving and utilities.
• Provide customer support and interpretation between clients, agents, and technicians.
• Support Marketing with property listings, consultations, and accompanying viewings.
• Prepare daily, monthly, and annual reports on after-service activities and analyze trends.
• Perform data entry related to after-service activities and analyze relevant data.

Job description

Handle client complaints, inquiries, and requests related to their apartments.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and they remain satisfied with our services.

Assist clients with the transition process after property leasing, including coordinating moving arrangements, utility transfers, and other related services.

Provide customer support and interpretation assistance between clients, agents, and technicians.

Support the Marketing team by preparing property listing submissions, verifying client documents, providing consultation to clients, and accompanying clients during property viewings.

Prepare daily, monthly, and annual reports regarding after-service activities, including analysis of problem occurrence trends for each apartment.

Perform data entry related to after-service activities and analyze relevant data.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, customer support, customer service, tenant relations, or hospitality. Experience in the property or real estate sector is a strong advantage.

Familiarity with properties in Jakarta and willingness to travel daily as required.

Fluency in English is required. Japanese language skills are an advantage (minimum JLPT N3).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong work ethic, responsible, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure.

Willingness to work hard to achieve targets and meet deadlines.
