Job summary

ASRI is seeking a Leasing coordinator to assist the Leasing team in managing relationships with existing and prospective tenants at its malls in Indonesia. You will handle inquiries, conduct property viewings, negotiations, documentation, and follow-ups to support smooth leasing processes.

You will identify potential tenants aligned with the mall’s strategy, coordinate with Marketing, Operations, Finance and Legal, monitor expirations and renewals, and prepare leasing reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in leasing, mall management, property, retail, sales, or a related field preferred.
• Good understanding of retail business, mall operations, and tenant management is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good sales and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, target-oriented, and able to identify business opportunities.
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on-site at a shopping mall and adapt to a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Leasing team in managing and maintaining relationships with existing tenants and prospective tenants.
• Support the leasing process, including tenant inquiries, property viewings, negotiations, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Identify and approach potential tenants that align with the mall’s tenant mix and business strategy.
• Coordinate with prospective and existing tenants regarding leasing requirements, commercial terms, unit availability, and operational matters.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tenant information, leasing activities, contracts, and other related documents.
• Assist in monitoring lease expirations, renewals, tenant movements, and vacant units.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Legal to ensure smooth tenant onboarding and leasing activities.
• Conduct regular communication and follow-up with tenants to maintain good business relationships.
• Support market research and competitor analysis to identify potential tenants, market trends, and business opportunities.
• Prepare leasing reports, presentations, and other administrative documents as required.
• Assist with tenant handover, opening preparation, and other activities related to the leasing process.
