Job summary

Travelio is seeking a capable Business Development Leader to develop and execute strategies for acquiring unit properties in Jakarta. You will lead Acquisition Manager staff, identify and convert new business opportunities, and maintain relationships with owners to provide effective solutions.

As you gain confidence, you will independently manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting through demonstration, negotiation, and closing—while working on site at Haji Nawi, South Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in business development or sales
• Proactive with strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to identify and convert opportunities
• Target-driven, able to work under pressure and independently with senior management

Requirements:

Min. Bachelor's Degree from any major.

3–5 years of relevant experience in business development, financial sales, sales corporate in start-up company is preferred.

Good communication and proactive.Strong business development, networking, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.

Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and convert business opportunities.

Target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.

Able to work independently and directly with senior management.

Working well under pressure with the target.

Willing to work in mobile and Work From Office (Haji Nawi, South Jakarta).
