Job summary

JAC Recruitment seeks a Leasing Sales Assistant Manager to oversee the full leasing journey for residential properties, from inquiries and viewings to contracts, move-ins and renewals.

Build strong tenant relationships, conduct business development, and coordinate with internal teams while supporting weekend events and marketing activities in Jakarta and surrounding areas. Fluency in English and Japanese (JLPT N2) is required or advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in leasing, real estate, sales, hospitality, or related customer service.
• Experience handling Japanese-speaking clients is a plus.
• Strong sales and client-relations abilities required.
• Good spoken and written English required.
• JLPT N2 level or higher in Japanese preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-service oriented with a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Conduct leasing activities for residential properties
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing tenants
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and arrange property viewings
• Conduct sales visits and business development activities targeting companies and schools in Jakarta, Bekasi, Cikarang, and Alam Sutera
• Coordinate with internal teams to process lease contracts and confirm payments
• Manage leasing operations, including move-ins, move-outs, lease renewals, and after-sales service
• Prepare and submit daily activity and sales reports
• Support marketing events, property viewings, and other promotional activities, particularly at weekends

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in leasing, real estate, sales, hospitality, or business-to-consumer customer service
• Experience working with Japanese-speaking clients will be an advantage
• Proven sales and client relationship management skills
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Good spoken and written English
• Japanese proficiency at JLPT N2 level or above
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
