Job summary

ASRI, a subsidiary of Agung Sedayu Group, seeks a Guest Experience & Tenant Relation Supervisor (ASHTA) in Jakarta. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest and tenant experiences, leading a team, and coordinating with vendors to maintain facilities and services.

Ideal candidates have a hospitality background with at least 3 years in tenant relations and strong English skills. The position requires hands-on management of operations, budgets, and compliance with OHS standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Hotel and Hospitality Management.
• At least 3 years in Senior Customer Service and Tenant Relations, preferably in property.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and negotiation abilities; understands property finances and occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management and maintenance of facilities, assets, and infrastructure to ensure efficient operations and an excellent guest and tenant experience.
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings and facilities to identify maintenance, repair, and improvement needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with tenants and coordinate with third-party vendors to support operational requirements and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards, company policies, and SOPs.
• Monitor operational administration, reports, budgets, and KPIs to ensure alignment with management objectives.

• Diploma or preferred Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Hospitality Management.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as Senior Customer Service and Tenant Relations (preferrably within the Property industry)
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with tenants and team members.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
• Proficient negotiation skills for various tenant-related situations.
• Understanding of financial aspects related to property management and occupancy rates.
