Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd seeks an Electrician and Service Engineer to install, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot CNC machines, industrial automation, and manufacturing equipment across the Asia-Pacific region.

The role requires reading electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and producing timely repairs, with hands-on experience in PLCs, HMIs, servo drives, and control panels. Travel for field service is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, field service, machine servicing, or similar technical roles.
• Hands-on experience with CNC machines, industrial machinery, automation equipment, or manufacturing equipment is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, machine controls, and industrial equipment.
• Able to read and understand electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Hands-on knowledge of PLC, HMI, servo motors/drives, inverters, sensors, motors, and control panels is an advantage.
• Willing to travel for field service assignments.
• Good command of English is an advantage for understanding technical manuals and communicating with technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CNC machines, industrial machinery, and automation equipment.
• Carry out electrical installation, wiring, testing, and inspection of machines and control panels.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, control, and machine-related issues to minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Troubleshoot electrical components including motors, sensors, relays, contactors, inverters/servo drives, PLCs, and control panels.
• Coordinate with internal engineering and technical teams to resolve complex machine issues.

Job Description
