Job summary

Evolene Indonesia is seeking a results-driven SPV Affiliate to lead and scale the TikTok Affiliate channel into a major revenue driver. You will develop growth strategies, expand creator networks, and drive productivity.

You will manage MCN partnerships, set KPIs, and guide the Affiliate Team to achieve ambitious targets through data-driven decisions and hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years experience in Affiliate Marketing, TikTok Shop, Creator Management, or related fields.
• Proven experience managing TikTok Affiliate at meaningful scale.
• Experience working with a brand that has 500+ active affiliates is highly preferred.
• Strong network and experience working with MCNs.

• Affiliate Management: Lead affiliate recruitment, activation, development, and relationship management to build a high-performing affiliate network.

Evolene is looking for a results-driven SPV Affiliate to lead and scale our TikTok Affiliate channel into one of our major revenue drivers.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing affiliate growth strategies, expanding our creator network, driving affiliate productivity, managing MCN partnerships, and leading the Affiliate Team to achieve ambitious revenue targets.

We are looking for someone who combines strong strategic thinking, hands-on execution, data-driven decision-making, and proven leadership capabilities.

• Able to identify high-potential creators and winning content.
• Comfortable analyzing affiliate and sales performance data.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Experience leading an Affiliate Team is preferred for SPV candidates.
