Job summary

PT Kreasi Sejahtera Internasional is seeking an Affiliate Specialist to build and scale a creator network for revenue through affiliate programs on TikTok and Shopee. Focus on performance, GMV, and conversions to drive affiliate-driven sales.

You will identify high-potential affiliates, nurture relationships, and equip them with strategies, products, and content direction to maximize results. This is a full WFO role based in Sunter, North Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace management.
• Familiar with Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, and TikTok Shop ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of marketplace features (campaigns, ads, promotions, analytics).
• Good analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• WFO in Sunter, North Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Upload and maintain product listings with accurate pricing, descriptions, and visuals.
• Plan and execute campaigns, promotions, and marketplace programs to boost sales.
• Monitor sales performance, traffic, and conversions with regular reporting.
• Optimize product visibility through keyword strategies, campaigns, and promotions.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and Warehouse for stock readiness and fulfillment.
• Handle customer interactions, reviews, and ratings to maintain a strong experience.
• Conduct competitor analysis and monitor market trends to identify growth opportunities.

This role is heavily focused on performance and conversion, where success is measured through GMV, conversions, and affiliate-driven sales. You will be responsible for identifying high-potential affiliates, nurturing relationships, and ensuring they are equipped with the right strategies, products, and content direction to maximize results. This role requires strong analytical thinking, relationship management, and the ability to continuously optimize based on performance data.

Key responsibilities

• Upload and maintain product listings, ensuring accuracy in pricing, descriptions, and visuals
• Plan and execute campaigns, promotions, and marketplace programs to boost sales
• Monitor sales performance, traffic, and conversion rates with regular reporting
• Optimize product visibility through keyword strategies, campaign participation, and promotions
• Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Warehouse) to ensure stock readiness and smooth fulfillment
• Handle customer interactions, reviews, and ratings to maintain a strong customer experience
