Job summary

Velixir Parfums seeks an Affiliate Specialist to scale organic and viral sales across TikTok and Shopee. You will recruit, onboard, and nurture a vast network of affiliates—from creators to live sellers—creating a high-converting ecosystem and driving daily GMV growth through innovative incentive programs.

You will analyze performance dashboards, optimize campaigns, and provide affiliates with creative briefs and selling resources. A proactive, relationship-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2 years hands-on experience in Affiliate Marketing, Creator Relations, or Community Management.
• Experience with Shopee Affiliate and TikTok Shop backends preferred.
• Proven track record of managing large creator communities and driving GMV growth.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to read dashboards and turn metrics into strategies.
• Creative, resilient, and capable in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment.

Responsibilities

As our Affiliate Specialist, you will be the driving force behind Velixir Parfums’ organic and viral sales growth across TikTok and Shopee. You will be responsible for scouting, onboarding, and nurturing a massive network of affiliates ranging from content creators to live sellers, turning them into passionate brand advocates. Your ultimate goal is to build a high converting affiliate ecosystem, manage thriving creator communities, and strategically boost our daily GMV through innovative incentive programs.

Responsibilities:

• Actively source, recruit, and onboard high potential affiliates, content creators, and live sellers on both TikTok Shop and Shopee Affiliate platforms.
• Build, maintain, and moderate exclusive affiliate communities to keep creators highly engaged, motivated, and aligned with brand goals.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize daily affiliate performance metrics, including GMV, conversion rates, and ROI, to ensure sustainable revenue growth.
• Design and execute creative affiliate campaign structures, including customized commission tiers, performance bonuses, and viral content challenges.
• Provide strategic guidance, creative briefs, and selling resources such as high converting hooks, promotion schedules, and live selling best practices to empower affiliates.
• Maintain strong, long term relationships within the affiliate network, ensuring Velixir Parfums remains their top of mind brand to promote.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of hands on experience in Affiliate Marketing, Creator Relations, or Community Management, specifically handling Shopee Affiliate and TikTok Shop Affiliate backend systems.
• Deep understanding of TikTok and Shopee algorithms, current viral trends, consumer buying behavior, and affiliate landscape in Indonesia.
• Proven track record of managing large creator communities and driving measurable GMV growth through affiliate networks.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship building skills with a persuasive and outgoing personality.
• Data driven mindset with the ability to read performance dashboards and turn metrics into actionable strategies.
