Boleh Dicoba Digital is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager in Jakarta to lead day-to-day affiliate programs across platforms, align with campaign goals, and drive measurable results.

The role focuses on recruiting affiliates, maintaining strong relationships, providing creative assets, tracking performance, and delivering insights to optimize sales.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing.
• Experience with fast-moving consumer categories such as fashion or beauty.
• Strong knowledge of affiliate ecosystems and e-commerce platforms.
• Proven ability to manage multiple affiliates simultaneously.
• Data-driven with ability to analyze performance metrics and sales data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and campaign deliverables.

Description du poste

• Execute and manage day-to-day affiliate programs across multiple platforms in line with campaign objectives.


• Proactively identify, headhunt, and onboard high-potential affiliates/creators that align with brand values and campaign needs.


• Maintain active communication and strong working relationships with affiliates to drive consistent performance.


• Work closely with internal teams to provide affiliates with necessary assets (vouchers, product samples, or briefs).


• Manage affiliate deliverables, timelines, tracking links, and campaign mechanics.


• Track perofmance metrics (GMV, ROI, and conversion rates) using platform dashboards to ensure KPIs are met.


• Prepare regular performance reports and campaign summaries for internal and client review.


• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve affiliate sales and engagement.


• Support affiliates with guidance, best practices, and issue resolution throughout campaigns.


• Ensure all affiliates comply with brand guidelines, campaign rules, and platform policies.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, performance marketing, or related roles.


• Experience handling fast-moving consumer industries such as fashion, beauty, skincare, FMCG, or similar fast retail categories.


• Strong understanding of affiliate ecosystems, social commerce, and e-commerce platforms.


• Proven experience managing multiple affiliates or creators simultaneously.


• Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing performance metrics and sales data.


• Strong communication and coordination skills in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.


• Comfortable working with tight deadlines and campaign-based deliverables.


• Familiar with digital tools, tracking systems, and AI tools to improve workflow efficiency.
