Job summary

Jet Commerce is seeking an Affiliate Specialist to manage onboarding and partnerships with affiliate partners and KOLs across tiers in Indonesia. You will build a robust network and negotiate terms to drive brand growth and sales.

Collaborating with Brand, Performance, and Creative teams, you will craft campaign stories, monitor executions, and analyze performance metrics to deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience in Affiliate Marketing, KOL, or Influencer management.
• Proficient in platform familiarity: TikTok, Instagram, Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop.
• Strong Mandarin communication; English a plus.

What Will You Do

• Lead the onboarding and management of affiliate partners and KOLs across different tiers and industry categories.


• Expand and maintain a strong database of active affiliates and creators, building long-term partnerships.


• Negotiate partnership terms and manage budgets for affiliate and KOL campaigns.


• Strategize, develop, and execute affiliate marketing programs to drive brand awareness and sales.


• Handle end-to-end campaign administration, including creating agreements, quotations, invoices, and processing affiliate/KOL payments.


• Work cross-functionally with Brand, Performance, and Creative teams to optimize affiliate performance and ensure campaign success.


• Develop compelling campaign storylines and short video concepts tailored to platform and brand needs.


• Monitor content execution by affiliates/KOLs to ensure alignment with creative briefs.


• Track and analyze performance metrics (weekly, monthly, quarterly), generating actionable insights and reporting results to internal teams.

What You Will Need

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (open to all majors).


• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.


• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin.


• Have strong communication skills in English will be advantage.


• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Affiliate Marketing, KOL Specialist, or Influencer/Talent Management.


• Familiarity with creators across multiple platforms, especially TikTok, Instagram, and e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop).


• Proven track record in managing end-to-end affiliate and KOL campaigns.


• Analytical and target-driven with a keen attention to detail.


• Highly organized, responsible, and proactive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
