Job summary

BHSKIN Banyuwangi is looking for a performance-driven Affiliate Marketing Specialist to grow and scale high-impact affiliate and creator partnerships.

You will recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates and creators, monitor and optimize campaigns, and collaborate with marketing and creative teams to drive acquisition and revenue. Strong analytical and relationship skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Affiliate, Performance, or KOL Marketing.
• Strong understanding of performance-driven marketing.
• Hands-on experience with affiliate or creator platforms (e.g. Shopee, TikTok).
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship skills.
• Experience in beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands is a plus.
