Job summary

CV Royale Heritage Innv is seeking an Affiliate Specialist to build and manage a high-performing affiliate network that drives daily sales while controlling commission costs and margins.

You will recruit affiliates, build relationships, provide sales support, and optimize performance across our brands. Proven experience in affiliate marketing and platform management is required, with strong analytical and negotiation skills. This role offers opportunities for growth within the marketing team.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in Affiliate Marketing, Influencer/KOL, E-commerce, or related field.
• Proven experience recruiting, managing, and developing affiliate networks.
• Familiar with affiliate platforms and e-commerce ecosystems (TikTok Shop, Shopee, or similar).
• Strong understanding of affiliate sales, GMV, commissions, conversions, and metrics.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Able to identify and develop high-performing affiliates and maintain partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new affiliates through collaborations, outreach, and invitations.
• Build and maintain relationships with affiliates via regular communication, promotions, and community engagement.
• Develop and manage affiliate commission schemes to maximize sales and margins.
• Coordinate product sampling and distribution to potential affiliates and monitor results.
• Provide sales materials and promotional information to affiliates.
• Monitor affiliate performance and identify top, high-potential, and inactive affiliates.
• Develop monthly incentive programs, challenges, and leaderboards to drive sales.
• Track and analyze affiliate GMV and performance across brands.
• Prepare weekly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Marketing and internal teams to support campaigns.
