Job summary

FACETOLOGY seeks an Affiliate Manager to lead our affiliate marketing strategy, driving GMV, revenue, and customer acquisition in the beauty space. You will manage and grow the affiliate network including KOLs, creators, beauty influencers, and partners, and recruit high-potential affiliates aligned with brand positioning.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, preferably in beauty or e-commerce.
• Experience with TikTok Affiliate or Shopee Affiliate platforms.
• Strong understanding of KOL/Creator ecosystems.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the company's Affiliate Marketing strategy to drive revenue, GMV, orders, and customer acquisition.
• Manage and grow the affiliate network including KOLs, creators, beauty influencers, and affiliate partners.
• Identify and recruit high-potential affiliates relevant to the beauty target market and brand positioning.
• Build strong relationships with affiliates and maintain consistent engagement to maximize performance.
• Develop affiliate campaigns, promotions, product seeding, commission schemes, voucher programs, and other initiatives to increase conversion.
• Collaborate with Marketing, E-Commerce, Brand, Live Streaming, and Product teams to align affiliate activities with monthly campaign objectives.
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, including GMV, revenue, orders, conversion rate, traffic, ROI/ROAS, commission, and contribution to total sales.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and develop strategies for top-performing, mid-tier, and low-performing affiliates.
• Identify trends in beauty content, creator behavior, and consumer preferences to develop relevant affiliate strategies.
• Optimize affiliate commission structures and campaign mechanics to ensure healthy growth and profitability.
• Develop and execute affiliate activation programs during major e-commerce campaigns such as 9.9, 10.10, 11.11, 12.12, payday, and brand campaigns.
• Coordinate with the creative/content team to provide affiliates with effective product information, selling points, content briefs, and campaign assets.
• Monitor competitor affiliate strategies and marketplace trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Prepare regular affiliate performance reports and business insights for management.
• Lead and develop the Affiliate team, including target setting, performance monitoring, coaching, and evaluation.
