Job summary

Evertrade Solution Indonesia is seeking an Affiliate Marketing & Business Development Lead to drive growth through new partner acquisitions and robust collaboration with creators, KOLs, and communities. You will manage end-to-end affiliate campaigns, optimize performance, and supervise a dedicated Affiliate/BD team.

The role requires 2–4 years in related fields, proven leadership, and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Business Development, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience leading or supervising a team.
• Proven experience managing affiliate campaigns and partnerships.
• Strong negotiation, communication, relationship management, and business development skills.
• Familiar with Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, affiliate platforms, and digital marketing tools.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and performance reporting.
• Experience in Lifestyle & Home Living, e-commerce, or consumer products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute affiliate and business development strategies to drive growth.
• Identify and acquire new affiliate partners, creators, and potential business partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners.
• Negotiate collaboration terms, commissions, and partnership agreements.
• Manage affiliate campaigns end-to-end from planning to evaluation.
• Monitor KPIs and optimize campaigns for ROI/ROAS.
• Oversee daily e-commerce ops across Tokopedia, Shopee, and TikTok Shop.
• Collaborate with E-commerce, Marketing, and Creative teams.
• Lead and coach the Affiliate/BD team toward targets.
