Job summary

PT DECA is seeking a PR & Marketing Communication (Affiliate & Partnerships) professional to manage affiliate and creator programs end-to-end across marketplaces, driving GMV and performance-based results.

You will plan and execute affiliate strategies, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with Brand, E-Commerce, Social Media, Creative, and Sales to ensure integrated campaigns and strong brand partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• 1-2 years experience in Affiliate/KOL Management & Brand Partnerships, preferably Beauty retail.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage affiliate & creators programs end-to-end across marketplaces (e.g. TikTok Shop, Shopee) with focus on GMV and ROI.
• Plan and execute affiliate strategies to drive sales while aligning with brand positioning.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance metrics to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Plan, explore, and manage partnership opportunities including brand collaborations and events.
• Collaborate with Brand, E-Commerce, Social Media, Creative, and Sales teams for integrated campaigns.
