Job summary

Boleh Dicoba Digital is seeking a hands-on Affiliate Marketing Specialist to drive our affiliate and creator programs in Bandung. You will recruit and activate partners, nurture relationships across platforms, and align activities with brand objectives to fuel growth.

You will monitor campaigns, analyze GMV, sales, and conversion metrics, and deliver actionable insights through regular reports. Join a team focused on performance and scalable affiliate growth within our ecommerce ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in affiliate or influencer marketing or related roles.
• Hands-on experience managing affiliate programs and working with creators.

• Analyze affiliate performance based on GMV, sales, orders, conversion, and other relevant metrics.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns, promotions, and affiliate operations.
• Ensure affiliates comply with brand guidelines and platform policies while optimizing their contribution to business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, e-commerce, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience managing affiliate programs and working with affiliates or creators.
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, e-commerce platforms, and social media ecosystems.
• Comfortable working with performance data, including GMV, sales, conversion, and campaign metrics.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage multiple affiliates effectively.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage campaigns, timelines, and multiple priorities.
• Proactive, analytical, and results-oriented, with a strong interest in identifying opportunities to improve affiliate performance.
