Job summary

DECA Group is seeking an Affiliate Management professional to drive creator programs and brand partnerships in the beauty space. You will oversee end-to-end affiliate activity, optimize performance, and collaborate with Brand, E-Commerce, and Marketing teams to execute impactful campaigns across major marketplaces.

The role requires 1–2 years in affiliate management, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years in Affiliate / KOL Management & Brand Partnerships, preferably in beauty retail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities with creators & brand partners.
• Interest in beauty industry; knowledge of Affiliate & collaborations.
• Team player; able to work with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage affiliate & creator programs end-to-end, focusing on GMV and performance-based results across marketplaces (TikTok Shop, Shopee).
• Plan and execute affiliate strategies to drive sales while aligning with brand positioning.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance metrics (GMV, orders, ROI).
• Plan, explore, and manage partnership opportunities including brand collaborations and events.
• Identify market, creator, and industry trends to inform optimization and partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate with Brand, E-Commerce, Social Media, Creative, and Sales teams for integrated campaigns.
