ParagonCorp is seeking an experienced Brand Affiliate Lead to drive affiliate marketing strategies and creator-led commerce initiatives. You will lead cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into impactful campaigns across social commerce and marketplaces.

The role focuses on developing end-to-end affiliate strategies, optimizing performance, and collaborating with Brand, Affiliate Management, and Commercial teams to identify growth opportunities and deliver measurable business

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in affiliate marketing or related fields.
• Proven ability to develop and execute affiliate strategies that drive results.
• Strong understanding of affiliate ecosystems, live commerce, creator marketing, and marketplaces.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Develop and lead end-to-end brand affiliate strategies aligned with objectives and growth targets.
• Drive affiliate channel performance through campaigns, creator engagement, content optimization, and analysis.
• Lead development of creative concepts, content strategies, and guidelines for consistency.
• Collaborate with Brand, Affiliate Management, and Commercial teams to identify growth opportunities.
• Establish content frameworks and best practices to boost creator effectiveness and performance.
• Monitor affiliate performance, marketplace dynamics, consumer behavior, and trends for improvement.
• Provide strategic direction on creative outputs ensuring brand alignment and effectiveness.
• Manage relationships with creators, agencies, and partners to support campaigns.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and coordinate multiple campaigns for timely execution.
