Job summary

Facetology is seeking an Affiliate Lead to grow our affiliate marketing program from our head office in South Jakarta. You will lead a team, shape strategy, and ensure alignment with the brand's goals across campaigns and partnerships.

You will monitor performance, report insights, build partnerships with affiliates, influencers, and content creators, and drive engagement and sales in a fast-paced beauty FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in affiliate marketing, preferably within beauty or FMCG.
• Strong background in affiliate, influencer, or content creator partnerships.
• Expertise in developing long-term strategies for affiliate marketing and ensuring alignment with broader company goals.
• Excellent ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ability to analyze affiliate data and campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize results.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the affiliate marketing team to develop and implement a comprehensive strategy that aligns with the brand's goals.
• Monitor affiliate performance metrics (traffic, conversion rates, revenue), generate reports, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
