Job summary

PT Good Sale Tech is seeking an Affiliate Specialist to manage and develop relationships with high-potential creators, optimize affiliate performance, and drive sustainable GMV growth across TikTok Shop and Shopee.

You will coordinate affiliate campaigns, implement incentive schemes, and provide performance guidance to improve creator productivity while prioritising high-value accounts for sustained revenue growth in the beauty domain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in marketing, business, communications or related field.
• 1–2 years in handling affiliate accounts or affiliate marketing.
• Experience in affiliate marketing, influencer/KOL management, account management or digital marketing preferred.
• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, Shopee Affiliate, creator performance and GMV drivers.
• Passion for beauty industry and familiarity with beauty trends.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for performance tracking and data analysis.
• Strong relationship management, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple creator accounts, campaigns and performance targets simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive and target-driven.

Responsibilities

• Creator Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with high-potential affiliates.
• Performance Growth: Track GMV, content output, conversion rates and engagement to identify growth opportunities.
• Campaign & Incentive Management: Coordinate affiliate campaigns, commission schemes, launches and promotions.
• Creator Development: Provide performance feedback, content recommendations and strategic guidance.
• Portfolio Management: Evaluate creator performance, prioritize high-value accounts and drive retention and revenue growth.
