Pengiklan Anonim seeks a bilingual translator and administrative support specialist to handle English-Mandarin translations and facilitate international communications. You will manage documents, schedules, and meeting notes, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality across corporate processes.
The role requires professional Mandarin and English, plus experience in translation or bilingual administration, with strong organisational skills and proficiency in MS Office.
Translating business documents, correspondence, emails, and reports from English to Mandarin Chinese and vice versa with accuracy and cultural sensitivity
Providing interpretation support during meetings, negotiations, and client interactions involving Mandarin-speaking parties
Maintaining organised filing systems and databases for translated documents and administrative records
Assisting with scheduling, diary management, and coordination of meetings involving international stakeholders
Preparing minutes and reports of meetings conducted in or involving Mandarin language communications
Supporting the development and maintenance of multilingual templates and documentation standards
Liaising between internal teams and external Mandarin-speaking clients or partners to ensure effective communication
Performing general administrative duties including data entry, correspondence management, and document preparation
Ensuring confidentiality and sensitivity when handling business-critical information during translation and administrative tasks
What we're looking for :
Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) and English at a professional level
Proven experience as a translator or in a bilingual administrative role
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all written and verbal communications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with translation software or tools
Professional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders
Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive business information
Understanding of business culture and protocols in both English and Mandarin-speaking contexts
A proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to support team objectives
Preferred: Experience in administrative support within a corporate or business environment, or prior experience with international business communications
