About the role

We are seeking an Admin Sales professional to join PT Pilar Inti Fittindo in West Jakarta. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in supporting our interior design and architecture operations. As Admin Teknikal Support, you will be the backbone of our technical team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing essential administrative and technical support to our design and project teams. This position is crucial to maintaining the efficiency and quality standards that define our company's success in the interior design industry.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative and technical support to the interior design and architecture teams
• Maintain and organise technical documentation, project files, and design specifications in a systematic manner
• Assist with project coordination and ensure timely communication between teams and clients
• Support the preparation of technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation
• Manage scheduling, appointments, and meetings for technical and design staff
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to design software and office systems
• Maintain inventory of technical resources, materials, and equipment
• Provide administrative support for project implementation and site coordination
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and external stakeholders as required
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and project standards

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in an administrative or technical support role, preferably within the design, architecture, or construction industry
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and design software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar programmes)
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality work standards
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and preferably English
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
• Knowledge of interior design terminology and project workflows is highly desirable
• Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new systems and software
• Diploma or equivalent qualification in relevant field, or equivalent practical experience
