Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in administrative or technical support roles within design/architecture/construction is preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and design software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative and technical support to interior design and architecture teams.
• Maintain and organize technical documentation, project files, and design specifications.
• Assist with project coordination and ensure timely communication between teams and clients.
• Support preparation of technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Manage scheduling, appointments, and meetings for technical and design staff.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to design software and office systems.
• Maintain inventory of technical resources, materials, and equipment.
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and external stakeholders as required.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and project standards.
