We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Salesto join our dynamic team. This role is critical in managing our tender processes and ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze tender documents to understand requirements and specifications
• Prepare and compile tender submissions, including technical and financial proposals
• Work closely with internal teams (sales, finance, legal, and operationaldepartments) to gather input for tender submissions
• Ensure all tender documents comply with company and client standards
• Maintain and update a database of past tenders, proposals, and contracts
• Monitor tender deadlines to ensure timely submissions
• Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Diploma degrees with related experience are welcome to apply
• Minimum 2 years of experience in tender management
• Familiarity with tender procedures in the IT/digital solutions industry is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Shalat 5 times a day
