FACETOLOGY is a dynamic beauty brand based in Indonesia, seeking an Accounts Payable Staff to spearhead day-to-day AP operations and ensure timely processing and accurate reconciliation of invoices and claims. The role is based in Tebet, South Jakarta, with a focus on attention to detail and strong stakeholder communication.

Ideal candidate holds an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, up to 2 years' experience, and is proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Up to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail with a willingness to learn.
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Willing to work from the office (WFO) in Tebet, South Jakarta.

Responsabilidades

Spearhead day-to-day Accounts Payable Operations:

Requirements
