FACETOLOGY, a dynamic beauty brand in Indonesia, seeks a Tax Staff to drive corporate tax compliance and reporting. You will ensure adherence to CIT, VAT, and withholding tax rules, prepare reconciliations, and maintain audit-ready documentation.

The role requires Brevet A & B and 2–5 years of tax experience in FMCG/beauty or manufacturing sectors. Based in Jakarta, the Tax Staff collaborates with external consultants and authorities to ensure accurate tax filings, while monitoring regulatory

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 2–5 years of tax experience, preferably in FMCG/beauty/manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations incl. CIT, VAT, WHT.
• Experience with electronic tax systems such as Coretax and e-invoicing.
• Brevet A & B certification required; Brevet C advantageous.
• Analytical mindset with detail orientation and deadlines.
• Good communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, calculate, file, and report all corporate tax obligations accurately and on time.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations (CIT, WHT, VAT, etc.).
• Prepare monthly and annual tax reconciliations between accounting records and tax reports.
• Maintain tax documentation and schedules for audits and examinations.
• Review business transactions for proper tax treatment and compliance.
• Manage tax administration including e-Invoicing and tax payment processes.
• Monitor changes in tax regulations and recommend actions to ensure compliance.
• Support tax planning initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with external tax consultants, auditors, and government authorities.
• Prepare tax reports and analyses for management.

As aTax Staff,you will:

• Prepare, calculate, file, and report all corporate tax obligations accurately and on time
• Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations, including Corporate Income Tax, Withholding Tax, VAT, and other relevant taxes
• Prepare monthly and annual tax reconciliations between accounting records and tax reports
• Maintain tax documentation and supporting schedules for internal and external audits, as well as tax examinations
• Review business transactions to ensure proper tax treatment and compliance
• Manage tax administration, including e-Invoicing, withholding tax certificates, tax payment processes, and electronic tax filing systems
• Monitor changes in tax regulations and recommend necessary actions to ensure compliance
• Support tax planning initiatives while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations
• Coordinate with external tax consultants, auditors, and government authorities regarding tax matter
• Prepare tax reports and analysis for management

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Tax, preferably within the FMCG, Beauty, or Manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, including Corporate Income Tax, VAT, and Withholding Tax
• Experience with electronic tax systems (Coretax, e-Faktur, e-Bupot, e-Billing, etc.)
• Brevet A & B certification is required; Brevet C is an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
