Job summary

Facetology in Indonesia is seeking a Team Leader Beauty Advisor (Samarinda) to lead a dynamic Brand Ambassador team and safeguard sales momentum. You will monitor daily Sell-In and Sell-Out, analyze performance, ensure stock availability and consistent Visual Merchandising, and coach the team to sharpen selling skills and product knowledge.

This role requires travel within the assigned area and a proactive leader who thrives under pressure while upholding Facetology's commitment to quality and

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader Beauty Advisor.
• Proficient in MS Office and good understanding of personal grooming standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track daily sales performance (Sell-In & Sell-Out) of Brand Ambassadors, including validation via phone calls.
• Analyze performance of underachieving Brand Ambassadors both briefly and in detail.
• Monitor and maintain stock availability in stores and ensure the consistency of Visual Merchandising in all outlets.
• Train and develop the Brand Ambassador team in selling skills and product knowledge.

Requirements
