Job summary

Kearney Italia, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Assistant for Jakarta with 2+ years in accounts payable to support AP processes across the business. You will handle invoices, vendor setup, and payments, ensuring adherence to internal policies and controls.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams, ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Workday), and strong Excel skills are essential. A flexible, part-time arrangement is available to enable work-life balance.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounts payable or finance operations.
• Experience managing end-to-end AP processes, including invoice processing, vendor management, and payment execution.
• Familiarity with expense management, including travel-related expenses and policy compliance.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday) and strong Excel proficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to handle mid-high volume transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong stakeholder management, liaising with internal teams and external vendors.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a part-time or flexible arrangement.
• Basic understanding of internal controls, audit requirements, and financial compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process and validate invoices with accuracy and timeliness per policies and vendor agreements.
• Manage end-to-end accounts payable cycle: invoice matching, approvals, and payments.
• Maintain vendor master data and resolve discrepancies through stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor AP aging and execute timely payments to optimize working capital.
• Manage employee expense reimbursements and centralized vendor expenses.
• Support cash management activities and monthly close including accruals and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with bank administration and drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with Shared Services and external vendors to streamline workflows.
