Responsibilities

• Invoice processing, coding, and 3-way matching of supplier invoices.
• Prepare and execute payments per company policies and deadlines.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive relationships.
• Process employee expense claims in line with policies.
• Maintain AP ledgers, aging reports, and assist in month-end closing.
