Job summary

PT Central Cipta Murdaya is seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Payable professional to lead the end-to-end AP functions in Jakarta. The role requires a Bachelor's in Accountancy with a minimum GPA of 3.00 and at least 8 years of related experience, preferably in the retail industry.

Proficiency in Excel and SAP is essential. Responsibilities include invoice verification, payment processing, vendor reconciliation, and AP aging monitoring, while ensuring timely and accurate payments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is required.
• Minimum GPA 3.00 is required.
• 8+ years of experience in accounts payable or related area, preferably in retail.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end accounts payable processes, including invoice verification and payment processing.
• Perform vendor reconciliations and AP reconciliations monthly, including AP aging monitoring.
• Oversee daily AP operations and ensure timely, accurate payments; monitor outstanding payables and cash flow.

Job description

Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.

Minimum 8 years of working experience in related fields, preferably in the retail industry.

Experienced in handling end-to-end accounts payable processes, including invoice verification, payment processing, vendor reconciliation, and AP reconciliation per month (including AP Aging monitoring)

Able to oversee daily accounts payable operations and ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors and suppliers.

Experienced in monitoring outstanding payables, payment schedules, and cash flow requirements.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (preferably SAP).

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.

Independent, result-oriented, responsible, and able to work under tight deadlines.

Willing to work at Kemayoran, Central Jakarta.
