Midea Group is seeking an accounting professional in Indonesia to prepare and maintain accurate financial records, handle daily transactions, and perform reconciliations. The role requires attention to detail and reliability to ensure compliant financial reporting.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, 1–2 years' experience, and proficiency with Excel and ERP systems. English proficiency is a plus and collaboration with other departments is essential.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance is preferred.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems (e.g., Accurate, SAP, Oracle) is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, responsible, and able to work under deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in English is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, accounting documents, and transaction reports
• Record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
• Perform regular reconciliations and account adjustments to resolve discrepancies
• Verify invoices, payment requests, receipts, and other supporting documents
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information
• Assist in completing other accounting-related tasks

An accounting role focused on preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation of accounts.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, accounting documents, and transaction reports

Record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries

Verify invoices, payment requests, receipts, and other supporting documents

About you
