Job summary

PT Integra Mitra Solusi is seeking an Account Executive to drive revenue in security technology projects. You will develop new business across B2B and high-value projects while building relationships with corporate, government, and institutional clients.

This role offers a collaborative environment with strong support from Pre-Sales, Technical, and Project teams, and the potential to become a permanent member based on performance. SIM C is required; SIM A is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B Sales or Account Executive.
• Experience in Security System, CCTV, Access Control, IT Solutions, or System Integration preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, target-oriented, and able to manage multiple prospects.
• Existing corporate/government/system integrator network is a strong advantage.
• SIM C is required; SIM A is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across B2B and project markets.
• Build and maintain client relationships with corporate, BUMN, government, and institutional clients.
• Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing, including client meetings, presentations, quotations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and collaborate with Pre-Sales, Technical, and Project teams to deliver solutions for clients.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while contributing to business growth.
