Job summary

IGG I Got Games in Jakarta seeks a Lead Pipeline Producer to oversee the production pipeline for high-quality 3D animated series. You will establish workflows, specs, and acceptance criteria across pre-production to post-production and guide teams through technical challenges.

You will coordinate with artists, supervisors, and external vendors, ensuring milestones are met, quality remains high, and assets are managed through remote collaboration tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in 3D animation production.
• Strong communication skills, highly accountable, and able to deliver milestones on schedule.
• Strong visual aesthetics preferred; align creatively with pre-production teams to bring artistic concepts to life.
• Proven hands-on experience on at least one high-quality stylized 3D animated series or feature film, with team leadership experience.
• Able to interpret storyboards, with deep practical expertise in industry-standard software.

Responsibilities

• Technical lead for the full 3D animation pipeline (Maya-based, hair/groom, rendering).

Role Overview:

Guide, oversee, and implement the production pipeline for high-quality 3D animated series.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Technical Support: In-depth knowledge of the full 3D animation pipeline (primarily Maya-based, experienced with hair/groom systems, and proficient in mainstream 3D rendering technologies). Establish production workflows, technical specs, pipeline standards, and acceptance criteria, ensuring they are executed across every stage.
• 2. Troubleshooting & Guidance: Able to manually troubleshoot and guide fixes for modeling, rendering, and other pipeline issues to ensure smooth collaboration across all production stages.
• 3. Pipeline & Tooling Assessment: Evaluate the feasibility of software and technical workflows. Familiar with scripts and plugin development, capable of integrating relevant tools into existing pipelines to boost efficiency and quality, and able to formulate backup plans for technical uncertainties.
• 4. Asset & Pipeline Management: Use remote collaboration and project management tools to oversee project assets across internal teams and external vendors, reviewing and approving file submissions against technical specifications.
• 5. Creative & Technical Alignment: Understand creative storytelling needs and translate technical solutions into visual quality, driving a complete collaboration loop across pre-production, production, and post-production.
• 6. Quality Control: Monitor and guide quality throughout the entire production lifecycle.
