IGG I Got Games in Jakarta seeks a Lead Pipeline Producer to oversee the production pipeline for high-quality 3D animated series. You will establish workflows, specs, and acceptance criteria across pre-production to post-production and guide teams through technical challenges.

You will coordinate with artists, supervisors, and external vendors, ensuring milestones are met, quality remains high, and assets are managed through remote collaboration tools.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in 3D animation production.
• Strong communication skills, highly accountable, and able to deliver milestones on schedule.
• Strong visual aesthetics preferred; align creatively with pre-production teams to bring artistic concepts to life.
• Proven hands-on experience on at least one high-quality stylized 3D animated series or feature film, with team leadership experience.
• Able to interpret storyboards, with deep practical expertise in industry-standard software.

Responsabilidades

• Technical lead for the full 3D animation pipeline (Maya-based, hair/groom, rendering).
• Troubleshoot and guide fixes to ensure smooth collaboration across stages.
• Assess software workflows, scripting, and plugin integration to boost efficiency.
• Oversee assets and pipeline management with internal teams and external vendors.
• Align creative storytelling with technical solutions across pre-production to post-production.
• Monitor quality throughout production lifecycle.
