Job summary

Starworks Global in Indonesia is seeking a skilled animator/3D artist to craft expressive character animations and high-quality 3D content for a variety of projects.

You will collaborate with fellow animators and producers, iterate on feedback, and contribute to the animation pipeline from rigging to final render. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as an animator, visual effects artist, or similar for at least 2 years.
• Understanding of the character and animation pipeline including rigging and integration.
• Deep understanding of animation theory and technique.
• Good knowledge of human and animal anatomy and movement.
• Good communication skills, energetic, fast-learner and hardworking.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
• Familiar with 3D software, such as Blender, Maya, 3DSMax etc.

Responsibilities

• Create expressive character animation portraying a wide range of emotions.
• Create high-quality 3D animations for characters, environments / props, and VFX.
• Give and receive constructive, creative feedback across teams.
• Collaborate with other animators and producers.
• Create prototypes and mock-ups of new types of products.
• Brainstorm and conceptualize ideas, with the ability to produce concept sketches and concept edits.
• Comprehend and execute direction from the lead animator or animation supervisor.
• Be professional and serious about delivering high quality work on time.
• Must be able to work individually and as a team.
