Job Responsibilities

• Independently responsible for the design, production, and rigging of characters and various animations within the game, and optimizing based on project feedback;
• Control the rhythm, impact (hit feel), and expressiveness of movements according to the game's art style and gameplay requirements, ensuring animation effects meet gameplay expectations and art quality standards;
• Perform mass production of animation assets according to project needs, ensuring they meet technical specifications and maintain a consistent animation style.

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in game animation; familiar with production workflows and specifications from animation to engine; capable of producing natural and fluid animation effects with a strong sense of rhythm and adherence to basic dynamics;
• Experience in character animation for both realistic and cartoon-style projects; proficient in the motion laws of humans and animals;
• Proficient in using 3ds Max; understand the relationship between model topology (loops), skinning, and animation; proficiency in Maya, Spine, or other software is a plus;
• Passionate about the gaming industry, with good communication and coordination skills; proactive, able to adapt to work pressure, and possesses a strong team spirit;
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure; high level of work commitment; able to cooperate with the team to achieve goals.
