Job summary

IGG I Got Games is seeking a Visual Effects Artist to lead production of VFX and final shot compositing for 3D animated series. You will create stylized VFX, manage render passes, and deliver polished shots that meet project specs.

You will collaborate with lighting, rendering, and outsourcing teams to optimize workflows, build reusable templates, and ensure deliverables are free of defects while maintaining production efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in 3D animation VFX and compositing.
• Proficient in Nuke, After Effects, and Maya-based tools.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.

Role Overview: Responsible for visual effects production and final shot compositing for 3D animated series, delivering complete, polished final shots.

Key Responsibilities

• Create stylized visual effects based on project needs, including particle effects, dynamic elements, and character VFX.
• Composite lighting and render passes, handling color correction, depth of field, motion blur, VFX integration, depth layer balancing, and color grading.
• Coordinate closely with the lighting and rendering stage, proactively setting up shot workflows and optimizing production methods.
• Follow production standards and deliver final footage according to project specs, ensuring shots are free of technical defects.
• Build reusable VFX templates and asset libraries to improve overall production efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in 3D animation VFX and compositing; experience with released or broadcasted projects is a plus.
• Proficient in relevant software: Nuke, After Effects, and Maya-based 3D animation pipeline tools, plugins, and production logic.
• Strong communication skills, able to collaborate smoothly across different pipeline stages as well as with both internal and outsourced teams.
