Job summary

LMN VFX in Jakarta is seeking a Lead Animator to lead, manage, and organize the animation team to ensure production schedules and budgets are met.

You will provide clear and constructive feedback to maintain and elevate animation quality in line with project standards, and translate client direction into actionable tasks.

Additionally, you will mentor animators at all levels and collaborate with other departments to keep the production pipeline efficient and aligned with client expectations.
