Job summary

PT MAGADA TIRTA AMERTA is seeking a motivated customer service and sales associate to join our team in Indonesia. You will guide consumers and partners in using our products, handle inquiries, and maintain strong relationships.

The role requires good Bahasa Indonesia, basic English, 2 years max experience or fresh graduates, and a minimum D3/S1 with GPA 2.75; typing 50 WPM with 90% accuracy, and vaccination with three doses.

Qualifications

• Min D3/S1 with a GPA ≥ 2.75.
• Clear articulation and good communication in Bahasa.
• Experience in customer service and sales.
• Typing 50 WPM with 90% accuracy.
• Able to speak English with passive proficiency.
• Fresh graduates up to 2 years in the same position (entry-level).
• Vaccinated with 3 doses.
