Job summary

Sodexo (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a procurement and operations assistant to support daily foodservice activities in our Micro-Kitchen Pantry. You will place orders with suppliers, inspect deliveries, manage stock levels and maintain accurate records, ensuring quality and freshness.

In this role, you will collaborate with the culinary team and other departments to ensure smooth workflow, uphold cleanliness and food safety standards, and handle ad-hoc tasks as needed to support ongoing

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' relevant experience, preferably in customer service / hotel / restaurant operation.
• Good food and beverage knowledge.
• Basic communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
