You will guide first-time guests through contrast protocols with calm authority, manage floor turnover with efficiency, and maintain impeccable spaces. This role offers direct exposure to startup leadership in a high-energy wellness environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in spoken and written English; Cantonese or Mandarin is a strong advantage.
• Based in Hong Kong with flexibility for rotating shifts including early mornings.
• Genuine passion for wellness and ability to connect with diverse guests.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and guide first-time clients through contrast therapy protocols.
• Maintain pristine studio spaces and ensure seamless reset of facilities all day.
• Manage shift stock levels for linens, apparel, and hydration products.
• Oversee front-of-house POS transactions and appointment flow with accuracy.
• Provide thoughtful insights during team meetings to improve guest journeys.
• Represent the brand values and deliver high-level hospitality at all times.
