Job summary

ALO in Hong Kong is seeking a Sales & Service Lead to elevate guest experience on the shop floor. You will guide checks of guest engagement, deliver product education, and coach the team to close sales while maintaining a sanctuary-like atmosphere.

As a Business Leader and People Leader, you’ll manage budgets, inventory, and vendor relations, while recruiting and developing talent to drive sustained growth across the store.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment with leadership potential.
• Proven decision making and ability to coach others.
• Energetic, adaptable and able to balance fun with work.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of ALO guiding principles and retail routines.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks on a retail floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead an exceptional guest experience on the floor and coach team to close sales.
• Build client relationships and analyze reports to drive growth opportunities.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage with proactive workforce solutions.
• Partner with operations to manage budgets, inventory, and vendor relations.
• Move dynamically on the floor to meet business, team, and guest needs.
• Recruit, develop and provide ongoing feedback to sales & service staff.
