Job summary

The Ceremony in Central, Hong Kong is seeking a friendly Wellness Concierge to join our team and help create a welcoming, seamless guest experience.

You will handle bookings, greet guests, manage check-ins, operate the POS, and coordinate with therapists to ensure service excellence. The role requires strong communication, reliability, and fluency in English and Cantonese/Mandarin. Weekend shifts and public holidays are included.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in hotels, hospitality, or guest-facing roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle appointment bookings and client enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and Instagram.
• Coordinate appointment schedules with therapists for smooth service delivery.
• Welcome guests, assist check-in, and explain treatments clearly.
