Job summary

The Peninsula Hong Kong is seeking a global wellness leader based in its Hong Kong Corporate Office to shape and advance the Group’s wellness platform across hotels, private clubs, and guest experiences. The role drives long-term strategy, commercial performance, and experiential innovation.

You will embed wellness as a core pillar of the brand through scalable operating models, data-informed programs, and cross‑functional collaboration with Guest Experience, F&B, Brand Marketing, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in wellness, hospitality, or related sectors with a strong track record in strategy development and commercial delivery.
• Deep understanding of wellness trends, preventative health, longevity, and experience-driven hospitality.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into scalable operating models and guest-centric experiences.
• Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing P&L, ROI, and investment decisions.
• Influential communicator with the ability to engage and align senior stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Set, own, and evolve the Group’s global wellness strategy across the portfolio.
• Steward the long-term wellness operating model for scalability and relevance.
• Position wellness as a core pillar of the brand beyond spa into lifestyle and holistic design.
• Oversee development and refinement of wellness offerings across resilience, recovery, and restoration pillars.
• Ensure programmes are preventative, personalised, and data-informed with new insights and tech.
• Translate medical and longevity advancements into hospitality‑appropriate experiences.
• Establish and govern global wellness standards and service frameworks.
• Own wellness-related commercial performance including revenue growth and guest engagement.
• Assess ROI, capital deployment, and resources to optimise long-term value creation.
• Partner cross-functionally to embed wellness across the end-to-end guest journey.
