Job summary

OMNI Consulting (Asia) in Hong Kong seeks an Associate Director to shape premium wellness strategy, design programmes people will use, and run a flagship centre with an external operator.

This is not a spa-manager role; it sits between proposition, centre P&L, partner governance and the client-facing distribution network. Requires 10+ years in premium health/wellness operations and fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Degree plus 10+ years in healthcare, wellness, executive health or premium service operations.
• Genuine interest in preventive health and current wellness practice.
• Experience designing or running a high-touch centre, clinic or membership facility.
• Data-friendly: able to read P&L, utilisation reports and client mix.
• Hospitality-grade client standards experience.
• Willing to obtain licences if regulatory activity is touched.
• Strong presentation skills with ability to move stakeholders.
• Fluent English; Cantonese and Mandarin desirable.

Responsibilities

• Define wellness strategy and roadmap for affluent client segments.
• Design personalised preventive and integrative programmes.
• Evolve the centre operating model and membership structure for better usage and unit economics.
• Oversee daily centre operations and P&L and manage external operator partners.
• Produce regular operating packs with KPIs and recommendations.
• Lead governance, cross-functional ways of working and a small wellness team.
