Job summary

Confidential in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Total Rewards Manager with 6-8 years of C&B/Total Rewards experience within Web3. You will own token incentive design, vesting, and distribution mechanics, while also leading HK payroll and MPF compliance, and global contractor/EOR setups via Deel.

This dual-capability role requires strong Excel skills, familiarity with Safe/Gnosis multisig wallets, and fluency in English and Cantonese.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of hands-on Total Rewards or HR operations experience.
• 2+ years of Web3/Crypto background in a protocol/DAO or Web3-native company.
• Deep knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance, MPF Schemes Ordinance, and IRD tax rules.
• Proficient with Deel or similar contractor/EOR tooling.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Design and administer token incentive plans (RTUs, token options, warrant grants).
• Oversee time-based and milestone-based vesting schedules, lock-up periods, and TGE allocations using smart contracts and multi-sig wallets.
• Coordinate with Tokenomics, Finance, and Legal to manage token distributions and wallet verifications.
• Monitor global tax and regulatory implications related to token grants and fiat-to-crypto compensation models.
• Lead monthly end-to-end Hong Kong payroll processing, tax reporting, and salary/bonus reconciliations.
• Oversee MPF contributions, enrollment, terminations, and regulatory filings.
• Manage Deel onboarding and monthly payments; oversee global EOR services and invoicing.
• Build compensation models and dashboards; support compensation cycle planning.
