Job summary

Gold Peak Technology Group Limited is seeking a Total Rewards professional to manage annual compensation cycles, including merit increases, bonus distributions, and salary adjustments, in our Hong Kong office.

You will benchmark roles, conduct job evaluations with HRBPs, manage benefits programs, and deliver data-driven reports to support executive decisions, while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in HR/Business/Finance or related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in HR with strong compensation/benefits focus.
• Technical: Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot, formulas); Power BI.
• Knowledge: wage/hour laws, job evaluation, market pricing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing annual compensation cycles (merit increases, bonuses, salary adjustments).
• Benchmark internal roles against market data; maintain salary structures.
• Conduct job evaluations; partner with HRBPs on job descriptions and leveling.
