CITIC Securities International seeks an experienced Operations professional in Hong Kong to support the Head of Operations in daily post-trade processing, settlement, and regulatory reporting. You will manage end-to-end activities across equities, fixed income, funds, and derivatives, ensuring timely settlements and strong controls.

You will act as an escalation point for incidents, monitor risk indicators, and collaborate with brokers, custodians, and internal teams.

Qualificações

• Must have degree in Finance or Business Administration or related field.
• At least 10 years of operations experience across multiple asset classes.
• Familiarity with settlement systems such as CCASS, DCASS and Euroclear.
• Strong communication, leadership and people-management skills.
• Experience in project management and process transformation; IT knowledge is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Head of Operations in daily post-trade processing, settlement, cash management, reconciliations and regulatory reporting.
• Manage end-to-end post-trade activities across markets and asset classes to ensure accurate and timely settlement.
• Act as senior escalation point for operational incidents and client-impacting issues with clear stakeholder communication.
• Monitor operational risk indicators and elevate issues and control gaps promptly.
• Support Front Office and business stakeholders on operational matters and drive issue resolution with internal/external teams.
• Contribute to new product launches and business initiatives with proper controls and readiness.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization to enhance scalability and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Group policies, providing oversight to junior staff.
