Job summary

CITIC Securities International in Hong Kong is seeking an Operations professional to manage payment settlements, token rights tracking, and client account opening processes. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work with multiple departments across the firm.

The candidate should have a Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance and 2–4 years of relevant experience, with fluency in Mandarin and English.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience, preferably in financial services.
• Detail-oriented, able to meet tight deadlines under pressure.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and process payment settlements accurately and in line with timelines and regulations.
• Track and monitor token rights and entitlements for proper recordkeeping.
• Coordinate and manage account opening procedures for clients, including document collection and forms review.
• Handle general administrative tasks and liaise with other departments as required.
• Provide support to other operations tasks as assigned.
• Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned.
